What to Expect

Getting Started

When you arrive for your appointment you will be greeted warmly and checked in. We will then escort you into an examination room where one of our veterinary assistants will start by asking briefly about the reason for your visit. If appropriate, our assistant will gather information regarding your pets lifestyle, medications, and microchip registration.

Check Up

One of our veterinarians will then gather a more involved history, perform a physical exam, and explain their recommendations and any costs involved. This is a great time for you to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable and understand the information we’re providing and why.

Wrap Up

Our veterinary assistant will then wrap things up, provide you with helpful pet care information, and answer any additional questions you may have.

Follow Up

To conclude your appointment our friendly client service representatives will then process your payment and schedule any needed follow up appointments.

Disclaimer

Our goal is always to see our clients and patients on time and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there unfortunately will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
